Ronda says she has a tidbit for us. She says she recently had one of her watercolors titled " Lilies and Vines" accepted into the Virginia Watercolor Society's 38th Annual Exhibition. It will be held on October 14, 2017 to January 7, 2018 at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley in Winchester, Virginia.
Sharon Nick, Tom Nebel and Ziggy Wolodkewitsch just finished a successful show with the Clarke County Historical Society - Art At The Mill.... a wonderful venue that highlights the historic old mill and it's out of the way small town just east of Winchester, Virginia. The show was 2 weeks during the month of May 2017. Looking forward to seeing more Potomac River Artist's Guild work on the walls of the mill this fall.
Just to let you know that Lannie Mullenax has been showing his wonder art at the Old Opera House in Charles Town.
Carol is currently showing 2 paintings in the Women's Center Art Exhibit 2017 from January 9th to May 5th at the Women's Center Art Gallery at FMH Crestwood, Frederick. I'll attach the 2 paintings (Barn owl and Running in Water) that I am showing.
In addition, she says..." I just completed 3 commissions (3 kids, 2 cats and 3 dogs) and will send you those photos as well (I like the originals better than the photos that I took). "
And Carol continues to find more ways to display her art... by letting us know that she is in the Valley Art Association North Gallery Show, "Just Monkeyin' Around". One of her students was featured in our ad in the Herald Mail's "What's Nxt" calendar.
